Headlight Restoration in Billings, MT

Foggy, yellowed headlights sanded clear and sealed — better looks, better night-time visibility, and safer driving.

Headlight Restoration

See better, look better

Modern headlights are polycarbonate, and over time UV exposure oxidizes the surface — leaving them cloudy and yellow. That haze doesn't just look bad; it scatters your light output and cuts how far you can see at night.

We wet-sand away the oxidized layer, polish the lens back to clarity, and seal it with a UV protectant so you get a like-new look and safer night driving — for a fraction of the cost of new headlight housings.

Our Process

Tape & Protect

We mask the surrounding paint and trim so only the lens is worked.

Machine polishing brings the lens back to crystal clarity.

UV Sealant

A protective sealant locks in the clarity and fights future hazing.

Questions

Headlight Restoration FAQ

How long does headlight restoration last?

With the sealant we apply, results typically hold up for a good while — and far longer than a cheap toothpaste-style buff that fades in weeks. Keeping them sealed is the key.

Is it cheaper than replacing the headlights?

Much cheaper. New OEM headlight assemblies plus installation can run hundreds per side. Restoration brings your existing lenses back for a fraction of that.

How long does the service take?

Most vehicles are done the same day — typically about an hour or two depending on how oxidized the lenses are.

Will the headlights fog up again?

Oxidation is natural over time, but our UV sealant slows it down significantly. If they ever do haze again, a quick re-seal keeps them clear.
